Required regulations relative to Affirmative Action and Equal Employment Opportunity are incorporated by specific reference to Executive Order 11246, As Amended; 41 C.F.R. 60-1.4; 41 C.F.R. 60-300.5; 41 C.F.R. 60-741.5, As Amended; and Executive Order 13496.29 C.F.R.
