Advex Corporation’s highly skilled personnel possess the capability to perform various types of machining operations for our customer’s requirements. This is proven by numerous successful projects that involve precise machining operations to include milling, turning and wire EDM operations. Our machining is augmented with a CNC programing staff that utilizes CADCAM software to enable us to perform complex multi-axis machining. This is complemented by our quality inspection system that utilizes the latest software and metrology to conduct detailed inspections for dimensional conformance. We feature the ability to perform large multi-axis milling on components up to 40’ in length and 15’ in height, weighing as much as 60 tons.
