Non-Destructive Examination

In supplying products and services to these customers, Advex has developed several areas of specialty expertise. We maintain a fully equipped and very capable Nondestructive Test Department performing visual examination, dimensional examination, eddy current testing, leak testing, liquid penetrant testing, magnetic particle testing, ultrasonic testing and radiographic testing (on-site and off-site within the state of Virginia). Advex holds Certificates of Authorization to build ("U" Stamp) or repair ("R" Stamp) items in accordance with the requirements of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Code, Section VIII, Division 1.
