Divisions: Piping Assemblies
Manufacture and hydro testing of piping from 1/8" gage line tubing to 36" steel "Camel" piping. Advex has pipe shop capabilities for the manufacture of pipe details in steel, stainless steel, copper nickel, aluminum, and copper. Our shop capabilities allow the bending of pipe from 1/8" tubing through 3" schedule steel. Hydrostatic test capabilities to 10,000 PSI with all in house capabilities to perform radiographic, magnetic particle, dye penetrent and visual weld inspections. Our welders and brazers are qualified in accordance with Naval standards and our in shop welding capabilities allow for the use of up to ten welding units in SMAW, GTAW, or FCAW simultaneously.
