We maintain a fully equipped and very capable Nondestructive Test Department performing visual examination, dimensional examination, eddy current testing, leak testing, liquid penetrant testing, magnetic particle testing, ultrasonic testing and radiographic testing (on-site and off-site within the state of Virginia).

Attaching a "Force Inducer" to a structural member to be welded at the 8' high temperature test facility at NASA LARC. The Force Inducer is a part of a vibratory stress-relieving unit that vibrates a component at the sub harmonic level. When used during welding operations, this unit acts as a "weld conditioner" to create a more homogenous weld and virtually eliminate distortion caused by heat input and stress. Allowing for close tolerance fabrication.
